Refund & cancellation policy
- Cancellation of Orders - An order placed by the customer can be cancelled before it is shipped. There are no cancellation charges from Zerochem liffescience LLP, India. However, the payment gateway charges - approximately 2 to 3% will be applicable while refunding such amounts to the customers. The refund charges will be 2 ways.
- Once an order is shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
- No Refund unless product is destroyed in transit. Refund to be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery with image proof. Customer Service at Support@norubbish.in
